Terraria is basically an action-adventure 2D sandbox game that features exploration, crafting, building, combat, problem-solving, strategy, deduction, and collaboration and generates the 2D world. It is developed by Re-Logic.

Gameplay

The 2D sandbox game Terraria orbits around exploration, building, crafting, combat, and mining. It supports both single-player and multiplayer modes. The players start with a few basic tools, low Health and Mana.

As the game advances many resources and items can be found while exploring that helps increasing Health and Mana. Resources are used to craft new items and equipment at suitable crafting stations. Some advanced items in Terraria game require multiple crafting operations, using the product of one recipe as an ingredient for another.

Controls

The control system of Terraria is very flexible. A given action can be conducted in several ways. It produces openings for the players to use that action in the way they are comfortable with and play according to their own style in different situations.

Housing Interface and User Interface

Using Housing Interface, you can find if a house is valid and assign/evict NPCs to valid rooms as you see fit. 

The User Interface gives you access to all the capabilities from using the Housing Interface to assign/evict NPCs to specific rooms to checking crafting recipes with the Guide.

Equipment Menu

This option allows you to change and select your equipment and change your looks with different Vanity items and Dyes. You can also customize your looks by showing or hiding any accessories.
